Where is my data stored?

All session data (recordings, transcripts, summaries, notes) is encrypted and stored only on your device. It is never sent to a server.

What happens to my data if I switch devices?

Export it with the in-app backup tool and move it to the new device. Backups are encrypted too.

How does Pro billing apply?

Sign in to the app with the same account and Pro access applies automatically. There are no codes to enter.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Within 7 days of payment you get a full refund; after that, canceling refunds the unused portion of your period (no fee). See our Refund Policy for details.
