We make documentation software for counselors

Mindlogin is a software company. Our product, Scribena, is sold as a subscription licence for an app that counselors and counseling organizations install on their own phone and PC. Our customers are the practitioners who license the software; our servers hold only account and billing records.

We believe that collecting less data is the strongest security. That is why everything a counselor creates with the app — recordings, transcripts, summaries, and notes — stays encrypted on their own device and is never sent to the cloud.

By taking the friction out of recording, transcripts, summaries, and notes, counselors can focus more on the person in front of them — that is the value Scribena pursues.
