Is there a free plan?

Yes. Core features — recording, basic transcripts, extractive summaries, and client management — are free.

How does the free trial work?

After signing up you get 14 days of full Pro features with no card required. When the trial ends you move to Free automatically, with no charge.

How do I pay?

Subscriptions are purchased on the web by card (Toss Payments in Korea, Paddle internationally). The mobile and PC apps open the web checkout. Choose monthly or annual — annual gives you two months free.

Can I change my plan?

Yes. You can switch Lite↔Pro and monthly↔annual anytime. Changes apply immediately, and we prorate the remaining period — charging only the difference for an upgrade, or refunding it for a downgrade.

Do I get a refund if I cancel?

You can cancel anytime. Within 7 days of payment you get a full refund; after that we refund the unused portion of your billing period (no refund fee). You move to Free, and your data stays on your device. See our Refund Policy for details.

What happens if a payment fails?

We retry automatically after a short while. If it keeps failing, you move to Free — and any data you've recorded stays safely on your device.
